Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Management Studies
This is an international program, intended for students from abroad and from Israel, and is conducted in English. The duration of the program is one academic year.
The program presents a multidisciplinary approach to the study of peace and conflict. It addresses inter-group conflicts at various levels, from the local community level to the international level, and a variety of ways to deal with conflicts and promote peace in various regions of the world, with an emphasis on Israel and the Middle East.
The program for Peace and Conflict Management Studies comprises of courses in varied fields, such as political science, international relations, psychology, sociology and history.
In addition, the program includes a practicum in organizations dealing with conflict management and peace building, study tours, simulations, and guest lectures.
Students can study in the program towards a Master’s degree in a thesis track or in a non-thesis track.
Graduate with a degree in the fields of Social Sciences – with a grade point average 80 or higher
