Master’s degree in Criminology
Criminology is an Interdisciplinary field that combines sociological, legal, psychological, philosophical, demographic and other aspects, in order to analyze phenomena related to the study of crime, social perversion and crime victims, delinquency, enforcement of law and order, and establishing policies.
The Master’s degree programs in Criminology develop and grant academic skills for the analysis and evaluation of various phenomena in the fields related to crime, delinquency and victimization in terms of individuals and society, providing a broad methodological and theoretical foundation and the abilities to apply knowledge for purposes of counseling and integration in agencies of law enforcement, imprisonment and the courts.
The School’s programs provide students with an in-depth knowledge of research, theory and policy in a variety of fields in criminology and how to apply it in the following specializations: Criminal Investigation, Law & Society, and Addiction related Criminal Investigation.
The School of Criminology also offers a program dedicated for employees of law enforcement systems and a program for Bachelor’s degree students of law.
Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology/Behavioral Sciences, Law, or Education, with a final grade point average of 80 and above, and passing an English entrance exam

A program dedicated for employees of law enforcement systems.
A program for Bachelor’s degree students of law.
Employment options after graduation: Criminology graduates join various organizations, both public and private, dealing with criminal investigation, law enforcement, addictions, and more.
In addition, graduates already working on the field will earn themselves the option of advancing and developing in their field of employment: criminologists, employees of the Israel Police and the Prisons Service, associations for youth at risk, psychologists in public/educational service, social workers, lawyers and employees of the various educational systems.
