In the Israeli society, which is currently transitioning from a labor-intensive economy to an information economy, there is a growing demand for graduates along with social pressure to increase accessibility towards higher education in order to meet the country’s needs. The Multidisciplinary Department offers employed people a program of intensive BA studies. The program is tailored to the requirements of both the employee and their workplace.
Eshkol is a single major, multidisciplinary Bachelor’s degree program made up of unique courses designed for employees in all areas and branches of the economy. The customized degree focuses on topics related to the main area of activity of the student’s employer’s as well as to related disciplines.
